The scope included the design, supply, and construction of approximately 3,000 m² of fixed structures over water, forming the main elevated platform and access network for the development. These structures were executed with careful consideration of marine conditions, structural stability, long-term durability, and minimal impact on the surrounding environment. Elmar also delivered 12 chalets located within the heart of the mangrove landscape, creating an exclusive waterfront experience while maintaining harmony with the natural setting. The works included the required marine substructure, access provisions, and coordination of the overwater construction elements. In addition, the project featured a walkway with glass flooring, providing visitors with a distinctive experience and direct visual connection to the marine and mangrove environment below. The walkway was developed to enhance the architectural character of the project while ensuring safety, durability, and functionality in a coastal setting.
