The works included the construction and waterproofing of the Ocean Pool structure, ensuring durability, water retention, and long-term performance within a challenging coastal environment. The scope also included the construction and waterproofing of the Ocean Pool plant room, designed to support the operational requirements of the pool systems and associated services. Elmar also carried out the installation of gangways, floating pontoons, and access ramps, providing safe and reliable connectivity between the shoreline and floating marine structures. These elements were executed with careful consideration to marine conditions, accessibility, stability, and user experience. In addition, Elmar delivered raised boardwalk structures across both land and marine areas, including the full substructure works and decking installation. The boardwalks were constructed to provide durable pedestrian access while complementing the overall waterfront character of the project.
