The scope included the design, supply, and construction of a 70-100 meter long boardwalk deck on pile extending over the sea. The works were executed with careful consideration of structural stability, marine exposure, accessibility, durability, and the overall visitor experience. Elmar also delivered a large 45mx45m thatched roof structure, rising approximately 12 meters high and weighing more than 60 tons. This major architectural feature was constructed as a prominent shaded destination point over the water, combining engineering precision with a resort style coastal character. The structure was developed to withstand marine conditions while providing a durable, safe, and visually distinctive gathering space. The works required careful coordination between marine substructure, superstructure installation, roofing works, and finishing elements to achieve both functionality and architectural impact.
