The curved marina layout required precise engineering, fabrication accuracy, and careful marine installation to ensure functionality, safety, and seamless integration with the waterfront development.<br /><br />As part of the turnkey scope, EME also delivered the full marine MEP networks, including power distribution, water supply, firefighting systems, lighting, earthing, cable management, and utility connections.<br /><br />The project reflects EME’s capability to deliver complex marina developments through an integrated approach covering design, procurement, fabrication, marine construction, quality control, testing, and final handover.</div>]]></turbo:content>

The quay wall was built to provide a durable marine edge, support berthing requirements, and withstand the demanding conditions of the coastal environment.<br /><br />The works further included the fabrication and installation of 2,463 precast concrete blocks, ranging from 7 tons to 26 tons each. The berth arrangement was developed with consideration to vessel size, navigation requirements, mooring safety, utility access, and user convenience.<br /><br />Elmar also carried out breakwater extension and rearrangement works to improve wave protection, marina basin conditions, and overall operational safety. These works were executed to enhance the stability and functionality of the marina while supporting long-term performance in the marine environment.<br /><br />In addition, the project included the refurbishment of the existing marina to align with current international standards. This covered the upgrade of key marina elements, enhancement of marine infrastructure, and improvement of operational, safety, and user experience standards across the facility.</div>]]></turbo:content>

The works were executed with careful consideration of vessel size, operational requirements, marine exposure, safety, durability, and long-term performance.<br /><br />Elmar also delivered a floating fuel station equipped with embedded tanks for both diesel and petrol, providing a practical and efficient fueling solution within the marina.
